3-Day Minimum
All rentals are a 3-day minimum. Day 1 is half-price (delivery & setup), Days 2–3 are full rate, and Day 4 onward is half-price for the rest of your stay.

Book at least 48 hours in advance so we can prep, deliver, and set up your gear.

Refundable damage deposit held on your card at booking. Released within 48 hours of pickup.

We deliver, inflate, and anchor at your dock. We come back at the end of your rental and collect everything.

Quick FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We service Lake Gaston and Kerr Lake, both on the NC/VA border. Lake Gaston: full lake from Eaton Ferry to the dam. Kerr Lake (also known as Buggs Island Lake or John H. Kerr Reservoir): the full lake area. If you're not sure whether your spot qualifies, just ask.

What if the weather is bad?

We monitor the weather closely. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule within the same season at no penalty. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery; inside 48 hours is case-by-case.

Do you anchor the trampoline and floating docks?

Yes — every Trampoline Combo rental includes a 4-point mushroom anchor system, fully set up at least 30 feet from your dock. Floating docks attach to your existing fixed dock with our inflatable bumpers (auto-included with multi-dock rentals and all cabana rentals).

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No. We'll coordinate a drop-off window with you and leave everything set up at your dock or agreed location. We'll send you a photo confirmation when it's all ready.

What about life jackets?

Adult and kids' life jackets are included FREE with every inflatable rental. Just let us know how many you need at booking. Dog life jackets are available as a $10/day add-on.

Can I customize a bundle?

Absolutely. Our four bundles (Ladies Weekend, Drinking & Lazing, Kids and Friends, VIP Full Send) are starting templates — you can drop items you don't want or add anything from the catalogue. The price updates as you go.
